”As the local member for Forde, I'm fighting to get the funding our local community sports clubs deserve.
At the 2022 Election I secured a commitment of $500,000, from a re-elected Liberal National Government, to upgrade facilities at the Beenleigh Buffaloes AFL Club.
While a Liberal National Government was not re-elected, I am still fighting for our community and have called on the new Labor Government to match the LNPs funding commitment, by writing to the Prime Minister and seeking his support.
I am committed to improving our local sporting clubs and will continue to work on behalf of the community, until this funding is delivered.
