”Delivering a $20 million upgrade at Ormeau’s M1 Exit 45
Work is underway on upgrades at the M1’s Exit 45 (Ormeau).
The $20 million project received $10 million from the Coalition Government and is jointly funded with the Queensland State Government.
We are delivering Stage 1 of safety improvement works which include realigning the southbound off ramp directly onto Lahrs Road, with a signalised intersection to allow traffic heading to Yatala Industrial
Precinct to avoid entering the interchange roundabout.
I am committed to delivering on upgrades to exits along the M1 to improve safety and travel times for commuters in our Northern Gold Coast community.
